Shopify Plus, architected for where you're going

Most Plus stores were built for launch day and have been accumulating apps, theme debt and integration workarounds ever since. We build and rebuild enterprise Shopify storefronts on deliberate architecture — fast at scale, wired cleanly into ERP, fulfillment and CRM, and improved continuously against real conversion data.

  • Storefront speed held at scale
  • ERP, 3PL & CRM wired in deliberately
  • 24/7 post-launch coverage available

The problems this solves

Why growing stores stop growing

  1. The store was built for launch, not for scale

The theme that shipped in month one is now three years of patches deep. Every new campaign fights the last one's leftovers, and nobody remembers why half the customizations exist.

  2. The app stack has become the performance problem

Each app solved one problem and added its own scripts, conflicts and monthly fee. Now the storefront loads slower than the brand deserves, and removing anything feels like defusing a device.

  3. Integrations fail silently at exactly the wrong volume

Order syncs to the ERP and 3PL that worked at a hundred orders a day drop records at a thousand. The failures surface as support tickets and stock discrepancies, never as alerts.

  4. Conversion has plateaued and nobody owns why

Traffic keeps arriving; revenue per visit doesn't move. Without measurement discipline and a testing cadence, optimization is a redesign every two years instead of a compounding weekly practice.

  5. Replatforming feels riskier than staying stuck

SEO equity, order history and customer accounts are what a careless migration destroys. So brands stay on platforms they've outgrown — paying the cost in workarounds instead.

What an engagement covers

Strategic Store Builds

Conversion-focused storefronts architected around your brand, catalog and customer journey — standard builds typically in four to eight weeks.

Theme & App Architecture

A lean, documented theme with a rationalized app stack — native features and metafields preferred over script-heavy plugins.

Operations Integrations

ERP, 3PL, subscription, loyalty and CRM connections built for real order volume and verified end to end.

Replatforming

Migrations onto Shopify Plus with URLs redirected, SEO carried over, and customer accounts and order history reconciled.

Checkout & Conversion Optimization

Checkout extensibility, Shopify Functions and a measured testing cadence across the funnel — improvement as a practice, not a project.

Post-Launch Support

Ongoing performance monitoring, theme and integration upkeep, and 24/7 incident coverage.

Why it matters

What a deliberately built store buys the business

Speed that survives growthA lean theme and rationalized apps keep the storefront fast as catalog and traffic scale.
Operations that keep upOrders, inventory and customers stay in sync across ERP, fulfillment and CRM at volume.
Conversion as a practiceA measured testing cadence compounds — instead of a redesign every two years.
Equity carried, not gambledReplatforms move SEO, accounts and order history across by engineering, not hope.

These describe the goals we design engagements around; specific results vary by store and market and are scoped during discovery.

Questions commerce leaders ask

Before you commit to the platform

Is Shopify Plus really an enterprise platform?

For most B2C and D2C operations, yes — the hosting, checkout infrastructure and peak-traffic handling are managed at a scale few teams could run themselves. The honest boundaries are elsewhere: deeply custom B2B pricing models or unusual catalog structures can fit better on Adobe Commerce or a composable architecture. We work across those platforms too, so our recommendation is based on your requirements, not on the one platform we happen to sell.

How long does a Shopify Plus build or replatform take?

Standard storefront builds typically deliver in four to eight weeks. Replatforms and enterprise builds with heavy integration work — ERP, 3PL, subscription and loyalty systems — generally run three to six months. Discovery produces a scoped plan with milestones first, so the timeline reflects your catalog and integration list rather than a template estimate.

What happens to our SEO and order history when we replatform?

Both are treated as assets to be engineered across, not hoped across. Every indexed URL is inventoried and mapped to a redirect before launch, metadata and structured data carry over per template, and customer accounts and order history are migrated and reconciled so support and returns keep working from day one. Traffic and rankings are monitored through the weeks after cutover.

Our store is drowning in apps. Can that be fixed?

Usually, and the gains are real. We audit the app stack against what each app actually does, consolidate overlapping tools, replace script-heavy apps with native features, metafields or lightweight custom functionality, and measure storefront performance before and after. Fewer moving parts means faster pages, lower app spend and fewer things that break during theme updates.

How customizable is checkout on Shopify Plus?

Considerably more than on standard Shopify. Plus supports checkout extensibility — branding, custom fields, discount and shipping logic through Shopify Functions, and post-purchase flows — while the underlying checkout remains Shopify-managed for reliability and PCI scope. We design within that model deliberately: you get conversion-focused customization without owning checkout security yourself.

What does support look like after launch?

Growth work, not just upkeep. Ongoing arrangements cover performance monitoring, theme and app maintenance, integration health and a continuing cycle of conversion experiments — backed by 24/7 coverage from our Ahmedabad development center for incidents. Teams that prefer to self-operate get a structured handover with documentation instead.
