Enterprise Observability
Make AppDynamics earn its license
Most enterprises monitor everything and see nothing. We configure AppDynamics around the business transactions that carry your revenue — so incidents surface earlier, investigations end sooner, and leadership finally trusts the dashboards.
- 24/7 managed coverage available
- SaaS & on-premises controllers
- Vendor-neutral recommendation
The problems this solves
What an under-configured APM platform costs the business
-
Incidents are found by customers, not monitoring
Default health rules alert on infrastructure noise while a slow checkout or failed payment flow goes unnoticed until the call center lights up.
-
Investigations take hours because signals do not connect
Without mapped business transactions, every incident starts from scratch — engineers correlate logs, metrics and traces by hand while downtime accrues.
-
Alert fatigue erodes trust in the platform
When most pages are false positives, on-call engineers mute the channel — and the one alert that mattered is missed with everything else.
-
License spend outgrows the value delivered
Agents accumulate on low-value workloads while critical applications stay uninstrumented. Finance sees a growing bill; engineering can't show the return.
How we help
From installed to indispensable
We reconfigure the platform around business impact — the same estate, a fundamentally different operating picture.
- Alerts keyed to CPU and memory, not customer impact
- Business transactions auto-discovered and unnamed
- Dashboards built once for a project, never maintained
- Database and infrastructure tiers invisible to APM
- Licenses spread thin across low-value workloads
- Health rules tied to revenue-carrying transactions
- A governed transaction map your teams recognize
- Operational and executive dashboards with owners
- Full-path visibility from browser to database
- License allocation reviewed against business value

Questions CIOs ask
Before you commit budget
We already own AppDynamics. Why do we need a consulting partner?
Most enterprises use a fraction of the platform they license. Agents get deployed inconsistently, business transactions go unmapped and alerting is left on defaults. A focused engagement typically pays for itself in recovered license value, reduced alert noise and faster incident investigation.
How long does a typical engagement take?
An assessment runs two to four weeks. A full implementation or re-platforming is usually eight to sixteen weeks depending on application count, followed by optional managed administration.
Can you work alongside our internal operations team?
That is the default model. We work in your Slack, Jira and change-management processes, and every engagement includes structured knowledge transfer so your team owns the platform confidently after go-live.
Do you support both SaaS and on-premises controllers?
Yes — including migrations between the two, controller upgrades, and hybrid estates where some applications remain on-premises for regulatory reasons.
What if we are evaluating AppDynamics against other APM platforms?
We are vendor-neutral. We also deliver Datadog and OpenTelemetry engagements, and will recommend against AppDynamics where it is not the right fit for your estate, licensing model or team.
Start with evidence, not a proposal
A two-to-four-week assessment gives you a scored view of coverage, alert quality and license value — and a roadmap you can execute with or without us.
